RETURNS POLICY & TERMS OF TRADING

ORDERING

We do not feel that it is possible to offer our over rugs in a shopping cart type environment. Diversity of colour choice and complexity of things like model details would make ordering too complicated. We also find that customers like to discuss the details of their order with us.

PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN ORDERING

Because our over rugs are made to especially order for your car you will need to be certain that the colour and type of product chosen is correct. Re-dying finished products is not technically possible and re-designing may not be possible

COLOUR VARIATION

We are dealing with a natural product so colour variation should be expected. The Colour Chart is meant to be a rough guide only as photography and screen settings can affect shade accuracy. We recommend that you request free samples of the colour(s) you are interested in as they will give a better indication of the actual shade

PAYMENT & SECURITY

Our policy is to charge for the goods at point of despatch and not at point of order as there will be  a delay between the two events. However you choose to pay we do not expect you to do so until your order is ready for despatch.

We accept payment by Paypal,  VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, &  BACS.

We make no surcharges for payment by credit card

If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card we recommend using Paypal. If you choose this method we will send a Paypal Invoice which will confirm details of the order

We process directly as  ‘cardholder not present ‘ transactions but please be aware  that e-mail links within the pages are not secure so sensitive detail should not be sent by e-mail.  We do not store your credit card details electronically

You can also pay by BACS or Bank Transfer. If you choose this method we will confirm your order by pro-forma invoice which will include our bank details

CURRENCY POLICY

We normally charge for our goods in UK Sterling. However if you prefer to pay in Euros or US $ we can issue a Paypal invoice in those currencies using the prevailing exchange rate.

DELIVERY

We only use trackable services which are provided to us by companies such as DPD, UPS, DHL and FEDEX. We will select the company who offers the best and most cost effective service to your area.

For export we have negotiated excellent rates please bear in mind that most of our items are bulky and shipper will charge by volume and not dead weight

UK Delivery: £10

Europe: £40

Rest of World: £85

VAT

Prices shown include UK VAT which is currently charged at 20%. VAT will be charged on all UK and EC sales. If you are EU vat registered please advise your registration number when placing order.

Orders from outside the EU will be charged without VAT.

DUTY

Please be aware that export orders ( outside EU ) are shipped net of tax and duty. You will be responsible for payment of any import tax and duty levied by your country’s customs. This is normally collected by the carrier on their behalf before delivery.

ORDER DELAYS

Because of the huge range of colours we offer there may be a delay in making your over rugs. At the time of ordering we will give you  an indication of the delivery date expected. If this is unacceptable to you can cancel your order at any time prior to manufacture.

YOUR DETAILS

In order to process your order we will store the details you send. From time to time we may send you details of offers and updates by post. We will not send unsolicited e-mails nor will we pass on your details to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our postal mailing list please advise us by phone/fax/letter or e-mail and we will confirm deletion by return.

RETURNS POLICY

We will deal with any matters arising from your order promptly and with courtesy.

You should be aware that your over rugs will be made to special order for your car. You need to be certain that the colour and type of product chosen is correct. Re-dying finished products is not technically possible and re-designing products (if possible) can be both costly and time consuming. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement service for these items on non-quality related issues.
