Built between 1966 and 1976 the Jensen Interceptor was a much admired car which in my opinion still looks great today.

A regular optional extra was to have the centre seat panels trimmed in a short wool ‘sherpa’ sheepskin. Unusual ? Yes.. But Jensen realised how comfortable sheepskin can be to sit on. Indeed commercial aircrew use sheepskin as their seat covering of choice because of its comfort enhancement properties in all conditions. Sheepskin is also known to be cool in summer and warm in winter.

For many years, because of our knowledge of sheepskin we have been asked many to source and supply suitable fleeces by Jensen owners who are renovating  their car seats. This was the case during the summer when a UK customer got in touch.  His trimmers have now done their magic and the seats are ready to be re-installed.  We hope to get a picture of the finished job later this year
