NON-SECURE ORDERING
A substantial number of items on this site could not easily be sold in shopping
cart type environment. Diversity of colour choice and complexity of
things like model details would make ordering too complicated. We also find
that customers like to discuss the details of their order with us.
PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN ORDERING
Because our over rugs and tailored items are made to especially order for
your car you will need to be certain that the colour and type of product chosen is
correct. Re-dying finished products is not technically possible and re-designed products can be both costly and time consuming
ORDERING
ONLINE
Secure
orders are placed via our www.sheepskinshop.co.uk website. Choose the item(s) you wish to order, Click the
button and you will be connected to the relevant page on our www.sheepskinshop.co.uk web
site. Select
size/colour/item/quantity required. You will be connected to an encrypted page and from this point you can send your details securely. Follow on-screen directions, select preferred delivery method, a confirmation of of your order is automatically e-mailed by return - if this does not arrive this will be due to your firewall settings blocking the document.
SECURITY
Orders placed using the secure ordering system are encrypted to protect your credit card and other details. Please be aware however that e-mail links within the pages are not secure
so sensitive detail should not be sent by standard e-mail. We do not store your credit card details electronically
DELIVERY CHARGES
For SEAT COVERS & OVER RUGS Standard UK delivery via UPS is included 
For WASH & POLISH MITTS Standard UK delivery via 2nd Class Post is included
For export sales please contact us so that we can advise you of the best shipping
method
on most items we use trackable courier services like UPS - we have negotiated
very good rates which we
pass on to the customer - please bear in mind that most of our items are bulky
and shipper will charge by volume and not dead weight
PAYMENT
Our policy is to charge for the goods at point of despatch
and not at point of order as there may be occasions when there is a delay
between the two events. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready for despatch.
We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, Paypal and Cheques. We make no surcharges for payment by credit card
CURRENCY POLICY
We charge for our goods in UK Sterling. If currency conversions are given they are an approximate guide only. If your order is from outside of the UK your card issuer will convert the charge to your own currency at their own published rates.
VAT
Prices shown include UK VAT which is currently charged at 17.5%. VAT will be charged on UK and EC sales. If you are EU vat registered
please advise your registration number when placing order. Orders from outside the EU are charged without VAT.
ORDER
DELAYS
If we cannot send your order promptly we will advise you accordingly with an indication of the delivery date expected. If this is unacceptable to you can cancel your order at any time prior to
despatch
YOUR
DETAILS
In order to process your order we will store the details you send. From time to time we may send you details of offers and updates by post. We will not send unsolicited e-mails nor will we pass on your details to third parties. If you wish to be removed from our postal mailing list please advise us by phone/fax/letter or e-mail and we will confirm deletion
by return.
RETURNS
POLICY
We will deal with any matters arising from your order promptly and with courtesy.
With non tailored items ( DRAPES )
in the unlikely event of your being unhappy with goods supplied we will offer a replacement or full refund but would ask that they are returned within 21 days in good condition.
With tailored items (OVER RUGS, PIONEER, and SUPERIDER )
You should be aware that these will be made to special order for your car. You need to be certain that the colour and type of product chosen is correct. Re-dying finished products is not technically possible and re-designing products (if possible) can be both costly and time consuming. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund or replacement service for these items on
non-quality related issues.
